PHENOMINAL experience. Textro was very  professional and had great customer service from start to finish. Their estimator, Jake, came out to provide an estimate to install garage doors. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also helped provide all the detailed info we needed to prep for the doors to be installed ahead of time.

Their quote was very detailed and provided the options that I asked for with the types of doors I wanted. They even installed the door closers that I already had in a box without requiring me to purchase "their product".

As for cost they were very affordable in regards to all the other companies I received a quote from. They may not be the rock bottom of prices, but they were towards the bottom of all my quotes. I could have chosen to spend 3% less with another company that didn't provide me any detail other than the total price of two installed doors.

The installation was done with a clear expertise and professionalism. The doors open and close seemlessly. They even installed all the remotes for the garage doors, programed them all for me, AND offered to help with programming the phone app.

The owner, Chris, a small business owner with a clear desire to provide a quality service went out of his way to follow up with me to make sure everything went well and that I was happy with their services.

I found Textro Door Company by just googling "who fixes garage doors" in my area, which is Blackwood.  I called and spoke to Chris.  I explained what the issue was and he scheduled an appointment within a few days.  When they came out to look at our garage door they called me to advise me that the door was very old, could not be fix and recommended a new door. I knew the door was in bad shape so I was not surprised.  Chris was very honest with me explaining what was wrong. I asked him to send me a price for a new door and installation.  I received the quote within hours of our conversation and was happy with the price.  He ordered the door, scheduled the appointment for to  weeks later.  Yesterday, Dan came to install the door.  He was such a nice guy, explained what he was gone to do, how long he would be there and asked if I had any questions,  I arrived back home after work and the door looked awesome!  He wanted my husband to open and shut it to make sure he did not have any issues, which there were none.
This company is by far one of the most respectful, friendly, easy to work with companies I have worked with. They do not "pad" the price, it is literally a fair price for the work that needs to be done. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

My direct contact is Chris.  You cannot be with a finer more professional group to service all things Garage Doors and even front doors.  Easy to contact, super fast in their response, very professional in their conduct and experts in their knowledge of fixing or replacing.  Also, very fair pricing! Chris was a huge help with our project. This is a new construction home and he was very patient and had the fairest pricing. I would suggest to hire them for all your door needs. Repair, replace or new install they did an amazing job. Very clean, organized and professional. It was a great experience working with Textro. We got a full replacement for our 40 year old garage doors. This was the doors, tracks and openers. They were competitively priced and straight forward with everything. One of the panels came with a small dent from factory. The guys still went though with the initial install as not to hold us up. They came and replaced the defective panel as soon as they got it from the factory. Jake and the guys doing the install always friendly and professional. 5 star experience!! We ordered new garage doors from TEXTRO DOOR CO.  Wonderful experience from start to finish.  From Chris on the phone taking and sharing information,, (very helpful),  to Jake coming to our house to do the measuring and estimate, (nice young man), to Brendyn installing the doors, (complete with cleaning up)... we are completely satisfied!! This company is first class, with a nice price!!  We love our new garage doors...Thank you Textro.
